Room Reservations

There are a variety of spaces in the University Libraries which may be reserved for use, including study carrels, group study rooms, classrooms, and event spaces.

Group Study Rooms

There are approximately 25 Group Study Rooms available in the IC for student use. Rooms may be reserved for 2 hours per day. To make a reservation, use the Group Study Reservation System, and select Information Commons Group Study Rooms.

Library Classroom (IC 120)

The Library Classroom in the IC may be reserved by faculty and staff for instructional uses. The room may be reserved for short-term use only; regularly scheduled courses or events will not be scheduled. To make a reservation, use the Library Instruction Classroom Reservation Request form.

IC 4th Floor

Requests to reserve the fourth floor of the Information Commons must be placed through Loyola’s 25Live reservation system. All reservations are subject to approval by the University Libraries and must be placed by a Loyola faculty or staff member.
