Requests for audiovisual materials (VHS, DVD) are processed Monday - Friday between 8:30 am - 4:00 pm.
- Orders placed before 4:00 pm Monday - Friday will be processed for pickup after 5:00 pm.
- Any orders placed after 4:00 pm will be processed the following business day.
Due to the circulation of material between campuses please allow 2-3 business days to process requests for material at different campuses.

AV materials must be used for education purposes in the classroom unless a Public Performance license has been obtained. Contact the AV Office with any questions.

AV fines are $1.00 per day per overdue item. (Overdue fines may be waived for faculty.) Replacement cost and a processing fee will be charged for damaged or lost materials.
DVDs may be renewed via your online library "My Account" once for an additional 5 days as long as the item has not already been booked for a future screening- where you can now also view upcoming scheduled bookings!
Classroom use materials needed for student presentations should be emailed to lib-av@luc.edu by your professor.
