Borrowing

The Libraries does not charge fines on overdue materials, with the exception of course reserves and recalled items.

Fines

Overdue recalled materials:

• $1.00 per day after the recall due date; $5 maximum.

Reserves:

• Please see Course Reserves for information on overdue fines for Reserve items.

Lost Items

IIf any Libraries or Interlibrary Loan item that you borrow are more than 34 days overdue, we will suspend your borrowing privileges and automatically charge you a $100 replacement fee until you return the item. Any item on your account that receives damage may also result in a $100 replacement fee and suspended borrowing privileges.

Pay Fines

• Pay online.
• Pay in person at any circulation desk with cash, checks (made out to "Loyola University Chicago"), or Rambler Bucks.
• Pay by mail with a check sent to:
