Dr. Elizabeth Myers was appointed Director of the Women and Leadership Archives in February, 2006. Beth has a MA and Ph.D. in history from Loyola and a BA in history from Northern Illinois University. She has taught history at Loyola since 2001 and for the past several months has also been an assistant to Ms. Ellen Skerrett who is writing a history of Loyola University. Beth has been a graduate assistant in the University Archives and the WLA and has had experience at the Evanston Historical Society. She had been interim director of the WLA since September, 2006. |

Molly Mansfield, Acquisitions Assistant, started February 26, 2007. A recent graduate from UIUC, Molly has worked as a circulation assistant at the Champaign Public Library and at the Evanston Public Library. |
Christa Rutt, Bindery Associate, started on January 22, 2007. She was formerly Loyola's Catalog Maintenance/Rapid Cataloging Assistant. Christa received a B.A. in Art History and a B.A. in Asian Studies from Lake Forest College in May, 2004. Christa worked as a library assistant at Walther Library, Ft. Wayne, IN during breaks from university. Prior to coming to Loyola, she was an English Instructor in Iwate, Japan during 2004/2005 academic year. |

Jeannette Pierce, Head of Reference, started December 11, 2006. Jeannette was previously Librarian for History, Political Science, and Africana Studies at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. Prior to her work at JHU, she was a reference librarian at Saint Louis University, one of our sister AJCU schools. Jeannette's library degree is from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she also received her undergraduate degree in history. She has a second masters in history from SLU. |
Tracy Ruppman, Reference and Instruction Librarian and Liaison for the School of Education, started January 3, 2007. Tracy was previously a reference/instruction and acquisitions librarian at National-Louis University. This is Tracy's second term at Loyola, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in English. She was a library associate at Cudahy Library in Serials and then Periodicals from 1994 to 2000. Tracy's library degree is from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has a second masters in written communication from NLU. |
